Additional Charges

Unfortunately there are some circumstances where we reserve the right to make reasonable additional charges during your tenancy.  Please find the current charges below:

Change of tenant (before or during the tenancy)  administration costs of £50 plus the current deposit insurance fee

Late payment of rent  £25

Replacement keys  £25

Call outs: these will be charged as appropriate for call outs resulting from negligence or misuse of the property, depending on the nature and the time of the call out, starting from £50
