- zoned fire alarm systems
- escape windows
- burglar alarms
- outdoor security lighting
- 5 lever mortise locks to external doors
- window locks
- carbon monoxide alarms
- Gas Safe landlords gas safety certificates (copy in the Information Folder)
- periodic electrical inspection certificates (copy in the Information Folder)
- Portable Appliance Testing certificates (copy in the Information Folder)
- Energy Performance Certificate (copy in the Information Folder and on display)
- HMO licence (displayed in the communal lounge or hallway)
